Summer Days

Summer is well and truly in swing where I am and it couldn’t be more welcome!

The smell of the beach and coconut sunscreen is enough to make me feel on holidays! The afternoon storm after a long day at the beach is also another favourite part of summer.

What I also love is finding cool and perfect classics to take you from the beach to lunch. The perfect dress that is stylish and comfortable to throw over your swimmers while being a little more dressy than a sarong!

One Tea Khaki

Known mainly for its denim shorts, there’s no denying One Teaspoon is one of the most popular labels for a great pair of denim shorts or jeans!

With that in mind, I’ve just found these little shorts in khaki and I just LOVE them! A nice change for One Teaspoon. I think I’ll have to give them a whirl seeing as though it’s still a few weeks before I will be pulling on the jeans every day. May as well make the most of it because I know come late July/August I will be wanting it to be warm again! I think I might also order a denim pair… just to keep with tradition x

Ok so I’ll admit that I didn’t realise this until just now… but my tee, skirt and shoes are all by Australian designers. I’m happy to be wearing clothes by these designers and feel lucky to have such talent in our country!

If there was ever the need for a basic silk cami to be worn over and over, it was this summer.

Christmas 2013

This post is just a few weeks late…I forgot all about these photos until just now. Snapped these on our way to Christmas lunch in a crazy rush.

I love this Rodeo Show dress. Perfect for a day of Christmas lunch and dessert indulgence. I’ve learnt from many occasions now that loose clothing is always the best option when lots of yummy food will be eaten.

Seeing as though it’s too late to say Merry Christmas, I’ll say Happy New Year instead. I hope it’s your best year yet! xx

Love this gorgeous playsuit from Zimmermann. Super cute for so many occasions!

The high neck shape is flattering and feminine and a favourite at all times! I also love that you can add any coloured accessories with it. Navy is such a classic colour that never dates. Buy now, wear forever!

As much as I love this, I won’t be purchasing it this coming summer. My sister already owns it…I wonder if she’ll let me borrow it? 😉 x
